WE ARE HIRING!

We are hiring a full-time, Lead Electrical Testing & Commissioning Engineer. You will be hands-on in the field performing acceptance and commissioning testing on high/medium-voltage and related electrical equipment, supporting troubleshooting, and producing clear documentation that helps teams energize safely and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility, real learning, and real exposure. You will work closely with experienced engineers, project leadership, and client teams who are well respected in the industry. 

What You’ll Do

• Perform electrical testing and commissioning activities on power equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot issues, support startup activities, and help drive safe energization
• Document results and prepare clear test reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to keep projects moving
• Follow and reinforce safety and quality standards in the field every day

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in electrical testing and commissioning (utility/industrial experience      strongly preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and comfort working in the field
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
• Clear communicator who takes ownership and follows through
• Growth mindset and coachability, you want to learn and get better
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
