As Managing Partner and principal owner of ArchPoint Engineering, Megan leads the firm’s strategy and operations while overseeing project scheduling and controls across utility, renewable, and industrial projects. A seasoned scheduler, she has supported large-scale initiatives such as billion-dollar manufacturing facilities and complex transmission and substation upgrades. Skilled in Primavera P6, Megan is recognized for identifying critical path risks early, aligning cross-functional teams, and translating detailed schedules into actionable insights.

As President of ArchPoint Engineering, Jason oversees project execution and client relationships, supporting the firm’s growth and operational excellence. With 20 years of project management experience in utilities, construction, and aerospace, he has delivered large-scale transmission line and substation projects, as well as multi-million-dollar aerospace programs. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Jason excels at building teams, implementing project controls, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.

As Vice President of Engineering, Eric leads ArchPoint’s engineering and commissioning services, applying over 20 years of experience in substation design, protection & controls, and commissioning. A licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri and Illinois, he has directed complex transmission and distribution projects across the Midwest, from major yard expansions to protection system redesigns. Eric is known for solving complex field challenges and upholding ArchPoint’s commitment to precision, safety, and quality.
